This was truly a learning experience and prior to talking with CTM, I was scrambling to find an agency who would be happy to work with us - who is literally across the world. The budget, the lack of willingness to understand cultural differences, etc., were unnecessarily annoying. Then came along CTM's professionalism, a freshness that drew my attention immediately. Followed by a detailed planning process prior to any contract discussion, which set an excellent tone of collaboration and trust for the path ahead.

The best part of the whole process was the strategizing and creative procedure, which spanned over many months due to the nature of our business being an oversea start-up. And CTM was very flexible in working through the process with us. Lastly, the talents provided by CTM were phenomenal in their roles and they worked hard.
